Trusted Computing Group (TCG) Private Limited along with its members is all set to showcase solutions for the Internet of Things security and for automotive related security as well in the SAE World Congress Tech Hub starting from April 14, 2016, at Detroit.

TCG had already launched solution related to automotive security using the TPM (Trusted Platform Module) through its trusted network communications. This was specifically done to guarantee safe transmission of data between the manufacturing unit and the electronic control units embedded in the vehicle to supervise its functioning. TCG along with Fujitsu and Toyota will demonstrate the firmware software used in the ECU (Electronic Control Units) in the vehicle.

The TCG members Wibu Systems and Infineon will showcase a TPM (Trusted Platform Module) used for the safety and security of intellectual property. Drive Trust Alliance will provide software for self-encrypting drives (SEDs). Valuable insights as to the usage of trusted computing specifications and standards in various applications will be provided by TCG members who will also be attendees in the conference.
