Raleigh Government Enters into a Deal with Tyler Technologies for SaaS

Tyler Technologies, an end to end information management solutions and service provider, have entered into an allegiance with the city of Raleigh, North Carolina to enhance data access and business process. The contract is valued at $9.7 million and is for a period of ten years. Tyler’s SaaS tool, EnerGov utilizes the power of GIS (geography information system) to automate and radically connect business operations.

Tyler’s EnerGov enables the public sector to integrate their business processes to augment employ efficiency and productivity by removing systems that had become repetitive. Raleigh’s government officials had administered a review to change its land management system with a solution that would evolve with time and the changes taking place in the city. It is a city with a population of 440,000 approx and is also the governmental seat of Wake County. The Raleigh government wanted a tool that would consolidate workflows and strengthen communication across all its departments.
