IBM acquires Optevia

The acquisition of Optevia by IBM will enhance its position in the UK public sector as a foremost provider of CRM SaaS capabilities. IBM Global Business Services (GBS) with this acquirement will become pioneers in the field of SaaS and digital consultant securing its position as leaders in providing CRM solutions.

Octevia, a trusted name in the domain of public sector and social enterprise clients in the UK will provide a client base to IBM consisting of ministries, transport authorities, social housing organizations and licensing and grant management organizations.

The demand for cloud-based CRM solution is on the rise in the public sector market in the UK with a growth predicted to be more than $23 billion.
