Google unveils Allo and Duo

In the tenth annual developer conference, Google I/O, Google announced the launch of two new apps related to communication. The new chat app, Google’s Allo, utilizes artificial intelligence to communicate with its users. This particular app will be launched on android and Apple’s iOS this summer. Google also announced the launch of a video chat app Duo also scheduled to be released this summer.

Allo’s   unique feature will allow users to send messages anonymously and the chat conversation will automatically disappear once the user has finished chatting. The video calling app Duo is also different because of its feature called Knock Knock. These new communication apps will also have the Google Assistant inbuilt into them. It will help users to conduct voice search but also helps in controlling and managing their music, videos, and home devices. This app will give tough competition to the Facebook’s Messenger App.
