UNSW join hands with TCS for IT based research

The new outsourcing partnership between the University of New South Wales and TCS ( Tata Consultancy Services) will jointly undertake research in the field of virtual reality( VR) ,robotics, data analytics and cloud computing. The deal will see the two organizations working jointly on new technology based research initiatives. The agreement will also open up prospects for exchange of scholars. Both the organizations believe that they have a lot to offer each other and the research insights generated will also impact globally.

Tata Consultancy’s CTO Ananth Krishnan signed the memorandum along with the deputy vice-chancellor
of UNSW Brian Boyle at the consultancy firm’s Asia-Pacific Summit in Sydney. The Tata group in order to promote research has entered in to alliance with many major academic intuitions.
