Sony helps Google to Enhance Features in Android O

Google unveiled the Android O and along with a list showcasing its basic features and changes that users can evince on seeing in the near future. One of the most important contributors to this enhancement is Sony Mobile. It has supplied enhancement of many features along with more than 250 bug fixes. Sony’s main priority is to assist Android to become a better platform with a high –resolution audio. The LDAC wireless audio coding technology developed by Sony is now an important feature in Android O.

Sony’s wireless players have LDAC already built into them, but with this help from Sony, Android phone makers will be able to use the LDAC technology to enhance their audio quality. Google also confirmed the fact that LDAC is presently an important element of the Android AOSP base code. Smartphone makers in the near future will be in a position to leverage the benefits of Sony’s technologies in mobiles running on Android O platform.
