Siri will be able to send messages and make mobile payments

Apple Inc’s will allow users using the iOS 10 version to control third party application with the help of Siri, Apple’s voice-activated assistant. The common applications that will accede to Siri are Whatsapp, LinkedIn, Pin interest, etc. This feature will make Siri more efficient and useful in daily life.

Giving instruction to Siri will be faster and a lot easier than opening an app using fingers. Ever since 2011, Apple users have been able to dial a number and check the weather or even get a sports score using Siri. The launch of Apple iOS 10 this fall will witness users using Siri to make mobile payments. Square Cash and Monzo are the two apps that will allow users who can give a command to Siri and send money to people in their contact list.

According to Apple, Siri will be enabled to book a ride using Lyft, buy a movie ticket and even control the AC in a compatible automobile. The date and timing for the launch of these updated apps are yet to be confirmed.
