Microsoft’s Sprightly launches an iOS version

Sprightly, a mobile design app has been unveiled by Microsoft for the iOS platform. This app will enable users to design promotional material without any complicated software or even a PC.IT will also help users design and develop flyers,e-cards,and catalogs on their phones and conveniently share them on platforms like Facebook and Whatsapp.

The app which already has competition in the form of Adobe Spark Post will be able to appeal to users of Microsoft Publisher, the desktop publication application of the company. The application which was initially launched on the Android version early this year is updated every Tuesday with a variety of new templates, colors, and styles.

Sprightly is part of Garage, Microsoft’s internal incubator program.  If experiments are successful then Microsoft might envisage on designing it as a product .The Garage is well known for introducing an array of mobile apps including the Word Flow keyboard, NewsPro newsreader and many other.
