Microsoft has joined hands with Adobe to make its marketing and sales software better than its competitors like Oracle and Salesforce.com Inc. Adobe in its annual conference for user announced that it envisages on working with Microsoft to develop a shared data format with Adobe’s marketing software suite. Both Adobe and Microsoft are bringing together their sales software, Experience Cloud, and Dynamics so that they work seamlessly together.
Microsoft was in the process of improving its marketing software Dynamics and this alliance with Adobe will help it to leverage its software strongly against its competitors in this domain. According to the executive vice president of the cloud enterprise division, Scott Guthrie, this development will assist consumers to go beyond their present experiences as far as both the software’s are concerned. Sharing of data is an important step towards providing consumers with a smooth and seamless experience.
