Microsoft India set to drive cloud growth

As many Indian firms are looking for upgraded data security, Microsoft India is getting ready to provide better cyber security solutions for cloud adoption growth.

Shifting from the traditional IT infrastructure, businesses nowadays are constantly looking for cloud solutions for hosting their applications and services to improve efficiency and cut down their costs.

Microsoft India’s Services Head, Radha Rajappa also stated that they will give the core importance to cyber security with the help of Cybersecurity Engagement Center located in Delhi and global Digital Crimes Unit (DCU) which will safeguard security to the businesses.

In an interview Rajappa said, “It (cyber security) is the number one priority for the company in terms of investment. The story is end-to-end. While Microsoft gives digital platforms, it ensures trust of data”.

Microsoft Chief Executive Officer Satya Nadella during his visit to India last month also said about their significant focus on ensuring security to start-ups and other companies who wants to move their traditional IT infrastructure to a modern day cloud solution.
