A Chicago-based multinational property management company has been selected for a huge started outsourcing company. JLL was chose for the deal over Aramark and Compass Group who had also submitted proposals for the contract.
The proposal also highlights the fact that JLL will sub- contract the project to Birmingham-based Diversified Maintenance for janitorial and housekeeping along with Pennsylvania-based Bright View Landscapes for grounds keeping and landscaping work. The amount that the contract has been negotiated upon is yet to be disclosed. However, Rick Locker, the spokesperson for Tennessee Board of Regents said that this piece of information is still under review.
According to Jennifer Donnals, the spokesperson for Haslam, the contract has been so laid out as to protect the management employees currently involved in the facility and she also mentioned that this is a process of providing high-quality services at low cost.
