D2e and Affinity envisages on adopting change

D2e Consulting along with its partner Affinity believes in bracing the changes and addressing the issues that need to be looked into as the new US President-elect Trump changes the outsourcing policies. The policies that might be reviewed are –a) A hike in the minimum wage paid to H-1B visa holders. Higher minimum wages may erode economic benefits of hiring H-1B visa holders by the offshore outsourcing companies, b) Possible imposition of 35% tax on US companies that lay off workers while outsourcing their production to other countries and lastly,  c) Immigration controls so as to stem H-1B visas. Protect jobs for young college-trained Americans.

Under the above-mentioned circumstances business organizations can take certain steps to stay ahead; firstly, Enterprises can increasingly look to cloud-based solutions, secondly, automation of the New Labor Arbitrage and finally outsourcing work to US-based companies with high-end program management skills.
