The three-year project has been named ADOPT (Adaptation and Dissemination Outpatient Infection Prevention), will largely target a range of ambulatory health care settings. Concentra Health Care is out of the twelve shortlisted organizations that cater to ambulatory patients populations. The CDC and The Joint Commission also selected ten ambulatory health care systems to become a part of the process. The materials to be used to spread awareness about prevention of infection will be provided to all the participating organization by the CDC and The Joint Commission.

Concentra is delighted to be a part of the entire collaboration and is looking forward to spreading awareness about the means and ways to prevent infection in an ambulatory setting.
