CIO of VirtusaPolaris is Recognised

Madu Ratnayake, the executive vice president, CIO, and head of business process excellence, of VirtusaPolaris has been recognized as one of India’s Top 50 CIOs. This recognition was given to him jointly by Dell EMC and CIO Association of India.

This award was conferred on Mr. Ratnayake because of his work in the development of VirtusaPolaris’ human performance engineering system, popularly known as V+. He was more than happy to receive the recognition and mentioned the efforts and hard work of his team in the creation of a future ready employee engagement platform.
