Apple’s long-awaited BeatsX wireless earphones which use the same advanced wireless technology like the AirPods earbuds will now be available to the consumers from February 10.
Back in September 2016, this latest neckband-style headphone was showcased during the launch of the iPhone 7 and AirPods.
BeatsX utilizes Apple’s W1 low-energy wireless chip just like other beats headphones and the AirPods. This allows the headphones for connecting to iOS devices faster and also uses less battery life.
The earphones in order to maintain a reliable and safe connection will also use a Class 1 Bluetooth connection which is separate from the W1 chip.
The W1 chip is a nice addition to the all new BeatsX earphones and will now be available in the Apple stores and resellers with prices starting from $149.99.
