Wipro limited, a leading software company has entered into a partnership with San Jose-based Xactly Corporation, to provide sales performance management (SPM) to customers across different sectors. Sales performance management is utilized to lessen the gap between business goals and actual sales performance.
Wipro has experience in translating the sales function of organizations across different processes and technologies. It has also helped in coordinating the entire sales team with the organizational sales revenue and product mix goals. This partnership aims to leverage the technological capabilities of Xactly and Wipro’s expertise in transforming sales function of the organization to help customer enhance the performance of their sales force and employees in general. Wipro and Xactly will also assist clients in revamping the entire compensation process of organizations and identifying employees who are important to the business irrespective of their position.
According to Nitin Mathur from Xactly, Wipro’s expertise and global reach will orchestrate well with Xactly’s aim to assist companies to use the right compensation policy to augment better sales, employee retention, and performance.
