Atos Technologies, a leading IT brand in Europe, providing both hardware and software solution has entered into an alliance with EvaluAgent, which specializes in developing a reward and recognition platform for call centers for a period of two years. Although, the two-year long deal worth £1.5m is not huge in monetary terms but is of great importance for a startup. This deal is significant also from Atos ‘s point of view as it reiterates its promise to deliver better customer experience. This partnership will also encourage the Atos team towards a work culture focusing on continuous improvement.
According to Senior Vice President, Atos UK and Ireland, David Haley, EvaluAgent technology will help their employees in enhancing skills and acquire new capabilities to continue on delivering world class service to customers. The Managing Director at EvaluAgent also mentioned his companies’ feelings where they strive to create an engaged and motivated workforce.
