Linkedin unveiled three major updates to its Sales Navigator, the product designed by the company to connect professional in the field of sales with buyers or prospective clients. This is the first major update since its launch. Sales Navigator will automatically integrate with the CRM of a user and identify key accounts.
Linkedin also plans to integrate the features of Gmail to the Sales Navigator to augment its capabilities. This additional feature will also allow a user to directly save a contact in sales Navigator without leaving Gmail. The final changes will be ushered into the Sales Navigator mobile application, with its next update. A new tab designed in the updated version of the Sales Navigator mobile app, known as the discovery tap, which will make it easier for users to find new accounts and leads. According to the company, more than 25percentage of its users are already using the mobile app.
