KSUM hosts Hackathon for Mobile Application

The Kerala Start up Mission (KSUM) is building a framework for an inclusive startup ecosystem with a unique community development agenda. On Sunday, April 17th, 2016, it hosted a hackathon targeting mobile applications. Various companies and start ups participated to make the event a grand success.

 The event was administered by the State e-Governance Mission Team. Representatives from MVD (Motor Vehicles Department, Kerala), NORKA, Child Rights and Disaster Management took active participation in the event. The essence of the hackathon was to facilitate delivering of information to the common public.

The Kerala Startup Mission is popularly known as India’s premier and most successful business incubator with an insight to develop startups in the state of Kerala. It aims to harness young entrepreneurial talents among the youths and students of Kerala by undertaking training programmes suitable for Kerala’s socio-economic culture.
